Trade and Accounts

We are happy to open trade (business) accounts. Customers who purchase large volumes of goods or who spend above a specified minimum limit are welcome to apply.

I already have a trade (business) account

If you already have a trade account with us you can use the online facility to place your orders. You will need to register on to the website and once logged in your standard terms will be available to you.

When your order is processed through the checkout facility, your standard trade account terms will be automatically applied and not terms and conditions that relate to normal customer transactions.

All orders will be processed at the terms agreed in your contract.

I would like to open a trade (business) account

If you are interested in opening a trade account please the contact Customer Services team at customerservice@tonycook.co.uk who will be happy to discuss opening an account with you and forward an application form.

You will need to register on to the website and be logged in to access your standard terms. You can register on to the website prior to your account being set up but any purchases made will be charged at the normal prices until your account is finalised. Goods purchased after your account is set up will be on your standard terms.

The following standard terms apply:

• A minimum account turnover per annum is required.
• All accounts and orders are processed on a pro-forma (invoice) basis only.
• Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS transfer (please ask for our bank details).
• Trade discount will be applied to full UK retail price products only.
• Discount will not be applied to sale, clearance brochures, internet offers or other offers available at any time.
• Carriage is not discounted.
• Returns will be accepted as per our website Returns and Disputes policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse and close accounts at our discretion.

Account holders are unable to partake in any promotions, special offers or seasonal discounts that are featured on this website unless specifically informed. From time to time offers may be made available exclusively for trade (business) accounts.
