What information we collect and how it is used
We collect information from you when you register and at the time of ordering. When you order, we use this information to process your order and to notify you about the status of your order. Personal information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date as you have supplied it to us. In supplying this information you are consenting to us using this information. Browser supplied information
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you use our website. Like many web sites we use ‘cookies’ to store information when you access our website. This information helps us to track the behaviour of our customers to improve the shopping experience.

If you no longer wish us to contact you
You always have the option to opt out of any mailing or emailing list and any future use of your personal information. At any stage should you decide you would rather not receive such information from us we will be happy to remove your contact details from our mailing or emailing list.
We protect your information
All information stored or collected through our website is held on a secure server by our agent, Redsky Studios whom we use as our data centre.
For your peace of mind, when you place an order or access your account information online, Redsky Studios use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt the information you input. Encrypting information makes it virtually impossible for anyone to access, and safe to send.
The SSL certificate can only be signed by trusted organisations and guarantees a high level of security. Your credit or debit card details are processed and encrypted in this manner. This encryption is shown by a padlock icon in your browser and the icon appears whenever card details are being transmitted. When you submit card details the information will be encrypted before leaving the computer and remain encrypted until it received by our secure payments provider.
You should protect your information too
It is also important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your account by using passwords that contain both numbers and digits and which cannot easily be accessed by any party who may have access to your computer.
You should make sure that you log off when you have finished using a website or computer and you should never let a website or computer programme remember your password for you.
We do not share the information we receive
The information collected by us will never be sold, loaned or given to any third parties.
For the purpose of processing your order and card payment your information shall only be passed to third parties where:
- It is necessary for the performance of the services you have requested such as, Redsky Studios; or
- Such third parties are the Police or any other regulatory or Government authority where we are legally required to do so; or
- Such disclosure is to anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our business and/or our rights and duties under our contract with you; or
- You have given us your permission to share such information.
This policy does not apply to third parties.
Links to other websites
We have established connections with other companies that will enable you to access their website directly from ours. We provide links only to reputable websites with who we undertake business and which we believe will be of interest and relevance to you. Third party sites are not under our control and we do not contribute to the content of them.
If you are logged on to our website you should remember to log off before clicking through to other websites as you will be leaving the area controlled by us so we cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising in connection with either the third parties use of your data, the site content or the services offered to you by these websites.

You may unsubscribe from membership of our website or e-newsletter at any time simply either by logging into your online account and updating your preferences or by sending an email to customerservice@tonycook.co.uk placing the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

- Collecting and processing your order
- Providing other marketing information which we think you may find of interest

Viruses
Viruses and similar destructive programs are an inherent risk of electronic communications such as, email and the internet.
We use reasonable endeavours to prevent the spread of any virus or similar destructive program. It is your responsibility to scan what you choose to download from our website to ensure that it is free of such items as viruses other similar destructive code.
The use of email
Any e-mail sent to or from us via this website and any attachments will not be encrypted. They may therefore be liable to be compromised. This is an inherent risk in relation to e-mail.
