Victorian Christmas Weekend
Come along this weekend, Saturday or Sunday, for a free, fun filled day out. We’ll be dressed in Victorian costume and there’ll be plenty of things going on like old fashioned fairground rides, side stalls and competitions galore.
Santa will be here all weekend in his grotto so the children can drop their ‘Santa’ letters in. If you pop along on Sunday you might just see him arrive on his ‘sleigh’ at 11 am.
Hot chocolate and mince pies are available whilst stocks last!
There’ll be singing by Village Voices and Christmas carolling with Holderness Lions.
This year’s event will be opened on Saturday by ‘Compass’, 2011 winners of Busk Idol, a competition organised by Viking Radio and Hull Daily Mail.
