Delivery information

Our products are sourced and delivered from multiple suppliers and locations. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels.

The delivery time and cost will vary depending on the nature of your order and the supplier. You will be made aware of the exact delivery charge during checkout. Any variation from standard delivery time will be notified to you either upon placing the order or as soon as possible thereafter. Special arrangements can be made.

Delivery charges

There is only one delivery charge per order placed. The charge is automatically calculated and added to your shopping basket. Subsequent items ordered will be charged at the delivery charge appropriate to that order value.

Dangerous, poisonous or live goods may incur additional delivery costs as specified on the actual item or may have to be collected in store.

Delivery times

Standard delivery time is three to five working days depending upon the size and weight of the item and the deliverer. Delivery times apply to items in stock only.

If you place an order for goods subsequently unavailable we will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are unable to contact you we will use our discretion and send you similar goods that are available, possibly a substitute or refund you accordingly.

Deliveries will normally be made on working days classified as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Goods will be delivered to the specified address only.

Unless otherwise agreed, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. Delivery drivers are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods – please make arrangements for assistance.

Undeliverable goods

If the delivery company is unable to deliver the goods to you because there is no-one available to take delivery or the place specified is inaccessible for delivery or unsuitable to leave items, they will leave a card to let you know that they have attempted to deliver the goods to you. They will attempt redelivery within 7 days of the original delivery date.

If the second attempt to deliver the goods fails, the goods will be returned to us and we will await your further instructions.

Store Delivery

It is impractical to post all goods and we have indicated where this is the case. We offer you the option to collect the goods from us yourself but in some cases we can deliver by special arrangement. Delivery time will be at our discretion but to suit you and where available on goods, is at the following rates:

Delivery destinations

The majority of our products can be delivered throughout the United Kingdom, mainland only. Those products that cannot be delivered and require collection or special arrangements will be bought to your attention during the purchase.

We do not supply to overseas destinations.
